We held another of our traditional business breakfasts in mid-January, which confirmed that electronic contracting is currently a trending topic. The digitization of legal processes is progressing rapidly, and with it, the number of client inquiries from those seeking to navigate the available options and associated risks continues to grow.
DELTA legal partner Libor Vacek and attorney Adam Dvořák guided participants through the conditions under which individual types of electronic signatures can be used in practice, as well as how to set up internal processes so that the electronic form truly facilitates work rather than complicates it.
We also discussed the most common practical scenarios, including the use of various signature tools, security issues, different habits, and the approach of authorities and courts to electronic form. It became clear that understanding the rules and technical options is crucial not only for a company’s smooth operation today, but also for its future functioning in an increasingly digitized environment. And as with all dynamically evolving processes, those who orient themselves in this area early gain a significant advantage – they can simplify their processes, reduce administrative burdens and operate in a more modern and secure way.
Thank you to everyone who attended the breakfast for the engaging discussion and for sharing their practical experience. We look forward to seeing you next time!
Did you miss the opportunity to attend our seminar, or are the possibilities of electronic contracting still not entirely clear to you? Do you have additional questions on the topic? Do not hesitate to contact us – we will be happy to help!
