In September, we packed our hiking boots, good spirits and team energy and set off for the picturesque Austrian mountain town of Bad Gastein. Our goal was clear: to enjoy time together outside the office, to sweat a little, laugh a lot and get to know each other beyond meeting rooms and chats next to the coffee machine.
The program was packed – from mountain hikes and challenging trails to via ferratas that tested our legs, lungs and courage. Together, we conquered paths, admired waterfalls, mountain meadows and breathtaking views. As a reward, we then tested the relaxing power of the local spa.
The evenings were reserved for relaxation and shared activities – board games, lively conversations and a knowledge quiz. The team of Michal Zahradník and Adam Dvořák came out on top, and it turned out that victory is not always about the highest score – congratulations, gentlemen!
The entire trip was filled with energy, humour and a great atmosphere. Thank you to everyone who took part – you were dynamic, fun and simply fantastic companions. We are already looking forward to the next challenges together.
And if you’re wondering what we brought back from the mountains besides sore calves – it’s the discovery that even lawyers can be good rock climbers. And that board games, paired with a post-hike mountain beer, are a highly strategic discipline. 😄
