Another in our series of popular business breakfasts took place at the DELTA legal office on Thursday, 16 October 2025. This time, the event focused was on employee remuneration. It attracted HR experts interested in current developments in labour law and how to establish fair and transparent remuneration systems within their organizations.
Partner Michal Zahradník and attorney Dana Provázková shared their expertise and experience, guiding the participants through current challenges in the area of remuneration. They focused primarily on the principles of equal treatment and non-discrimination, as well as on the requirements of the new European Union Pay Transparency Directive, the implementation of which will present a number of practical challenges for employers.
We appreciated the lively and stimulating discussion, during which participants had the opportunity to consult on specific practical situations and share their experiences. The pleasant atmosphere and hearty refreshments contributed to the informal and friendly spirit of the meeting.
