Today, modern legal advice increasingly crosses national borders and requires the interconnection of different legal systems, as well as close international cooperation. That is why we were pleased to welcome Manuel Kastner, an attorney at law from the German law firm BRP RENAUD, a member of the global Interlaw network, for a one-week visit in November.
Manuel spent several days with us, during which he got to know the Czech legal environment, our office and our team. We discussed the differences between Czech and German law and shared experiences that will help us better understand the needs of clients with international operations. However, the visit was not only about work – we also enjoyed informal moments together, including a visit to the Archbishop’s Palace, sports activities, a walk through pre-Christmas Prague and tasting traditional Czech dishes.
This visit follows our previous cooperation, when Henrieta Hovanová, our senior attorney, visited BRP RENAUD’s office in Germany during the summer. Both experiences confirm that international networking, built on trust and personal relationships, is key to providing top-notch legal advice to clients operating in global markets.
We thank Manuel for his time, energy and openness in sharing experiences. We believe that such initiatives not only develop professional skills but also connect the legal community across countries. We look forward to further joint projects with BRP RENAUD and other members of the Interlaw network!
