We are delighted to congratulate our senior attorney Veronika Chrobok, who has once again been included in the prestigious TOP 100 Women in Czech Legal Business list by Euro magazine, this time for 2026 in the Real Estate Law category.
This marks the second consecutive year Veronika has been selected, shortly after being individually recognized for the third time in a row by the international Legal 500 ranking. Such a combination speaks for itself: it is neither coincidence nor chance, but a confirmation of her strong position in the legal market.
Veronika has been part of DELTA legal for nine years. During that time, she has become a pillar whom both clients and colleagues can rely on, professionally and personally. She knows well that clients are not impressed by empty promises, that excuses lead nowhere, and that solutions must be found, even when the situation is neither easy nor comfortable. Mistakes are worth owning, learning from, and moving forward with humility. She gets daily practice at home: two demanding teenagers who will mercilessly spot any flaw in the reasoning behind household chores, with the words: “Your argument doesn’t argue, Mom.” Her creative approach therefore does not stop outside working hours, particularly when it comes to finding innovative ways of withholding the home wifi password. It is precisely this energy, courage to face difficult situations, and ability to laugh at herself that make her someone who is simply good to work with.
We are pleased that the unique TOP 100 project contributes to greater visibility and recognition of women’s work not only in law, but also helps strengthen their position and opportunities for networking. The ranking was created in response to a long-term imbalance: although women make up the majority of law graduates, their representation in senior positions declines as their careers progress. This year marks the fifth edition of the list, featuring 100 lawyers across nine main categories, highlighting experts who lead billion-crown transactions, influence key business events, and rank among the leading legal professionals across the Central European market – and Veronika rightfully belongs among them.
