DELTA legal advised INVESTIKA realitní fond, o.p.f. on the acquisition of Pekařská Office Park, a complex of two office buildings located in an attractive and sought-after part of Prague 5. They are high-quality buildings with an area of almost 8,000 m2 near the Nové Butovice metro station.
Multinational companies such as Adidas, Beiersdorf (the manufacturer and distributor of NIVEA and Labello), DU PONT, HiPP Czech and many others have chosen the modern office space of Pekařská Office Park as their local headquarters. Tenants may benefit from 163 parking spaces and a restaurant on the ground floor.
The main role of DELTA legal within this transaction was performance of legal due diligence and negotiation of the contractual documentation, including the refinancing of existing debt and takeover of the financing provided by Oberbank AG.
