And lastly, one important tip from us. Don’t forget to get a building energy performance certificate (PENB) in time before you advertise. Most adverts state the worst standard “G”. If the energy performance of your property is better, this will reflect positively on the enquiry and purchase price. In addition, without a PENB you will face a fine of up to CZK 100,000.
