DELTA legal’s advisory has once again contributed to the expansion of the CTP Group’s real estate portfolio, this time with the acquisition of more than 100,000 m² of land in South Moravia intended for the construction of a modern logistics complex. This ambitious project follows the successful acquisition of neighboring land in the cadastral area of Blučina in 2022, in which our office also participated.

Under the leadership of partner Pavel Fára, a team of DELTA legal attorneys conducted a legal review at the beginning of this year and participated in the negotiation of transaction documentation. The whole process was a challenge not only in terms of its complexity, legal demands, and the need to combine the interests of several sellers, but also in terms of an ambitious time schedule, during which the final negotiations and adjustments took place literally overnight. We are pleased that thanks to the work commitment and many years of experience of our office and CTP, everything has been successfully negotiated. Other lawyers who worked on the transaction were mainly Lýdia Cadete, under whose organization the due diligence process took place, and Adam Dvořák, who participated in the negotiation and preparation of the contracts.

With this transaction, CTP has acquired lucrative land expanding their existing CTPark Blučina in an attractive location just a few kilometers from Brno, close to the airport, strategically located for cross-border business with easy access to Slovakia and Austria. The South Moravian region has been undergoing long-term business development and, in addition to its rich industrial heritage, boasts a strong business base in various sectors.

CTP is the owner of industrial and logistics parks with a leasable area of more than 12.6 million m² with hundreds of thousands more under construction. It operates in many European countries, in addition to the Czech Republic, for example in Hungary, Austria, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Serbia, and continues to expand actively. CTP successfully trades its shares on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange.
