Since 1. July of the next year, three new civil law procedure codes should become effective in the Slovakia – they will replace the current, more than 80 times amended Civil Code of Procedure. New codes should ensure better economization, effectiveness of Slovak court proceedings and its acceleration. Read more in our newsletter.
