Together with our client, we celebrated the opening of an important development project – the Jihlava Shopping Centre, which took more than 15 years to complete.
Aventin Shopping Jihlava will create about 400 jobs and provide more than 26,000 square metres of retail space. It is one of the largest centres of this type in the Czech Republic. The first phase, which has just been opened, offers 35 retail units in both the food and non-food segments. The new shopping zone is located on the outskirts of Jihlava at the exit to Pelhřimov.
AVENTIN is a real estate developer focusing on the retail park sector in the Czech Republic. So far, it has designed and built four retail parks, and it currently owns and leases Shopping Znojmo, Shopping Břeclav and Shopping Jihlava. AVENTIN focuses on a unified concept in its centres, which it plans to continue to expand and modernize in the future. It is planning to implement a retail park project in Moravské Budějovice.
