DELTA legal advised the INVESTIKA Real Estate Fund on the purchase of the luxury Na Doubkové 2 villa located in the heart of Prague’s Smíchov district. The sensitive renovation of the villa and its garden focused on preserving the Art Nouveau details while also providing a high standard of modern living.
“We see the residential segment as an appropriate and important part of a broadly diversified property portfolio,” Jan Weber, investment analyst at INVESTIKA investment said about the acquisition. “Investing in it protects the invested funds against inflation in the long term. Rising construction prices and lack of supply are reflected in the increase in property prices.”
