The U Zvonařky villa has a new owner. The historic building with an area of more than 750 square metres situated in one of the most attractive locations of Prague – Vinohrady has been part of the INVESTIKA Real Estate Fund’s portfolio since last October.

This is a trophy property whose value is expected to grow over time as there are only a very limited number of similar properties. The property was acquired within bankruptcy proceedings, which required a specific solution both during the due diligence prior to its purchase and the following negotiation of the contractual documentation. Libor Vacek and Pavel Fára took on this challenge and secured a smooth transaction with the support of the whole DELTA legal team.
