Three premises of the leading Czech logistics company C.S. Cargo operating throughout Central Europe has changed owners. Estate of 22,600 square meters, located in Jičín, Liberec and Litomyšl, was acquired by the real estate fund INVESTIKA.
INVESTMENT COMPANY Investika has expanded its extensive portfolio by other interesting premises on the Czech real estate industry and logistics market, which is characterized by its long-term growth, low share of vacant space and high occupancy. Transporter C.S. Cargo continues as the tenant in these areas and will be using them mainly to serve customers in the automotive industry. C.S. Cargo has approximately 2400 vehicles in daily operation, operated by around 1,900 employees. In the year 2017, the Group achieved turnover of CZK 4.7 billion and CZK 271 million profit before tax and depreciation.
DELTA legally provided comprehensive legal advice to the client, from due diligence to the preparation of the transaction documentation, when acquiring 100% of shares from the Tuffieh Funds of Malta. Acquisition of C.S. Cargo is yet another example of the successful cooperation between Investika and the DELTA legal, which we value very much. Previous transactions include the acquisition of the Prague office complex Pekařská Office Park or the Pilsen administration building Business Center Bohemia.
