Even in today’s difficult times, we work 100% for you. On Wednesday, 23 September 2020, we organized another seminar in our office.
Our colleague Jiří Gorčík was the lecturer and presented the topic “Procedures for Violation of Employee Duties”.
Among other things, our guests learned the best ways to terminate their employment and what the employer’s options are in the event of a breach of duty by the employee. Jiří spiced up the presentation with interesting and sometimes unbelievable cases which the Supreme Court dealt with in its case law.
