On Wednesday, 22 April 2020, an online panel discussion was held on the topic of the impacts of COVID-19 on insolvency entitled “What to focus on in the operation of companies”.
In its second panel discussion the Turnaround Management Association, together with selected experts, addressed the impact of the novel coronavirus on business. What are the strategies for successful survival? What are the practical ways of using insolvency law? What should companies focus on at this time?
One of the panellists was our colleague Michal Zahradník, who answered these and many other questions.
