We have the pleasure to announce that we have again succeeded in the independent international rankings of the best law firms and lawyers by Chambers & Partners.
DELTA legal attorneys have been regularly included in this prestigious ranking since 2011. This year recognition went to our partners Libor Vacek (Banking & Finance) and Pavel Fára (Real Estate). And since we are team players, all of DELTA legal is celebrating.

Among its many banking & finance mandates, DELTA legal handled corporate bond issues, represented a leading financial group in litigation in respect of its creditors’ rights, advised clients on compliance with financial regulations, and negotiated complete loan and financial documentation.
There also were a number of interesting projects in the real estate sector, where our lawyers advised on several significant commercial real estate acquisitions in Prague and across the Czech Republic. We helped clients lease more than 20,000 square metres of office, logistics and industrial space, with our lawyers acting both for landlords and tenants.
The huge increase in the number of projects demanded further expansion of the DELTA legal team with experienced colleagues from international law firms. We continue to provide high-quality advice in all areas of commercial and corporate law, in addition to the above for example in GDPR or labour law, and more than 70 foreign clients use our secretarial services. The permanent Slovak section, whose importance is constantly growing, is getting busier every day.
Our clients include investment firms and banks, as well as large and medium-sized businesses. We are proud that despite the steady growth of our office, we are still able to maintain a completely individualized approach and to offer commercially thoughtful tailor-made solutions, something that has long been appreciated by our clients. We insist that all processes are under the constant control of our partners and senior lawyers, but at the same time we also appreciate the innovative and fresh solutions that our junior colleagues offer. Since we have experience from large international law firms as well as smaller Czech firms, we are able to offer every client the best of both worlds, i.e. the most appropriate solution.
