Veronika Chrobok has been promoted to senior associate, joining Henrieta Hovanová, who has been working in the senior position since the establishment of DELTA legal.

Henrieta focuses mainly on real estate, litigation and family law. In addition to being a Czech lawyer, she also studied Slovak law and leads the Slovak section at DELTA legal. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Balcar Polanský Eversheds since 2007. In addition to Czech and Slovak, Henrieta speaks English and German.
Veronika has been working at DELTA legal since 2017, first as a junior lawyer, then as an attorney. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague as well as the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics in Prague. She leads the firm’s medical law desk and also focuses on commercial law, especially M&A, real estate, and corporate secretarial matters, intellectual property and work for non-profit organisations, such as Sdružení pro táborovou činnost (an association for children’s camp activities) and the Czech National Trust. Prior to joining DELTA legal, Veronika was part of the corporate team at Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang.
