The DELTA legal team advised Trigea Real Estate Fund, SICAV, a.s. on the financing of the acquisition of Galerie Louvre in Prague.
The legal advisory services included negotiating financial and security documentation with the financing bank (UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s.), as well as refinancing the existing loan provided by Československá obchodní banka, a.s. and releasing the related security.
