Many interesting meetings were organized last month on news in insolvency and restructuring, cross-border cooperation and modern approaches to the practice of law.
As we always strive to be a step ahead, we naturally had to be there. The main topic – modern technologies – was common to every practice area this year.
Our partner Michal Zahradník represented DELTA legal at the TMA Europe conference, the European branch of an independent association of experts dealing with restructuring, insolvency and their solutions. More than 150 business professionals from all over the world take part in the event annually, and this year was no exception. Michal, who is a long-time member of TMA, brought a lot of news that we will share with you.
The Innovative Legal Services Forum conference was marked by animated discussion about the impact of technology on business and the legal market. That the future belongs to innovation and its proper implementation is not surprising to anyone.
So, what exactly are we doing about it? At DELTA legal we actively use various systems, among others Legito, which in addition to automatic document production provides efficient administration and analytics. Combined with a flexible approach, we are demonstrably saving our clients costs for standard documents and we can address the specifics of each case where needed or where a tailor-made solution is required.
We are pleased to offer you the latest trends in a way where you can experience them and recognize their value for yourself.
